All cancellation, refund, and reversal rules for transactions on the Batuaa platform.

This Refund & Cancellation Policy ("Policy") governs all cancellation, refund, and reversal requests on the Batuaa platform operated by Bitbatuaa Technologies Pvt Ltd ("Company," "we," "our," or "us").

Batuaa enables users to accumulate Bitcoin through micro-savings features and direct purchases executed via third-party cryptocurrency partners.

Due to the nature of cryptocurrency transactions, specific rules apply.

Introduction

This Refund & Cancellation Policy ("Policy") governs all cancellation, refund, and reversal requests on the Batuaa platform operated by Bitbatuaa Technologies Pvt Ltd.

Batuaa enables users to accumulate Bitcoin through micro-savings features and direct purchases executed via third-party cryptocurrency partners. Due to the nature of cryptocurrency transactions, specific rules apply.

Core Principle

Bitcoin transactions are:

  • Executed in real-time based on market prices
  • Recorded on blockchain networks
  • Irreversible once completed

Therefore: All successful Bitcoin purchases and transfers are final and non-reversible. Refunds are generally not permitted after execution.

Cancellation Policy

3.1 Before Payment Confirmation

Users may cancel a transaction before payment authorization/confirmation. No charges will apply.

3.2 After Payment Initiation but Before Execution

If payment is initiated but Bitcoin has not yet been purchased, cancellation may be possible depending on payment status and partner processing stage. If eligible, the transaction will be cancelled and funds refunded as per Section 4.

3.3 After Execution

Once Bitcoin is purchased or transferred, cancellation is not possible. Transaction is final.

Refund Policy

Refunds are only applicable in limited scenarios:

4.1 Failed Transactions

Payment debited but Bitcoin not credited. Refund initiated automatically.

UPI: 2–5 working days
Cards/Net Banking: 5–7 working days

4.2 Duplicate Transactions

If duplicate payments occur, excess amount will be refunded after verification.

4.3 Technical Errors

System malfunction, incorrect debits, or failed order execution will be investigated and refunded where applicable.

Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Successfully executed Bitcoin purchases
  • Completed wallet transfers
  • Incorrect wallet address entered by the user
  • Market price fluctuations after purchase
  • User-initiated errors or change of mind

Sell Option (Alternative to Refund)

If you wish to exit your position:

  • You may sell your Bitcoin holdings at the prevailing market price
  • Sale proceeds will be credited to your bank account or wallet

Note: Prices may vary due to volatility. Applicable fees and spreads may apply.

Auto-Savings / Recurring Transactions

For automated savings features:

  • Users can cancel or modify future auto-debits anytime
  • Transactions already executed cannot be reversed
  • Already-executed transactions are non-refundable

Refund Process

To raise a refund request (if eligible), contact support@mybatuaa.com and provide:

  • Registered mobile number / email
  • Transaction ID
  • Description of the issue

Support timelines: Initial response within 2–3 working days. Resolution within 5–10 working days (depending on complexity).

Processing Delays

Refund timelines may vary due to:

  • Banking partner delays
  • Payment gateway processing
  • Blockchain/network confirmation issues

Bitbatuaa Technologies Pvt Ltd is not responsible for delays caused by third parties.

Third-Party Dependencies

Refunds may involve third-party providers such as:

  • Payment gateways
  • Cryptocurrency exchanges
  • Custodial wallet providers

Their processing timelines and policies may apply.

Chargebacks

Users agree not to initiate unjustified chargebacks. In case of chargebacks, we reserve the right to:

  • Suspend the account
  • Recover losses
  • Take legal action if necessary

Policy Updates

Bitbatuaa Technologies Pvt Ltd reserves the right to update this Policy at any time. Updated versions will be made available on the Platform.
