These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Batuaa platform ("Platform"), operated by Bitbatuaa Technologies Pvt Ltd ("Company," "we," "our," or "us").

Batuaa is a micro-savings platform that enables users to accumulate Bitcoin through automated and manual contributions.

By accessing or using Batuaa, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Batuaa platform ("Platform"), operated by Bitbatuaa Technologies Pvt Ltd ("Company," "we," "our," or "us").

Batuaa is a micro-savings platform that enables users to accumulate Bitcoin through automated and manual contributions. By accessing or using Batuaa, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

Eligibility

To use Batuaa, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement
  • Complete KYC verification as required under applicable laws

We reserve the right to deny or terminate access if eligibility criteria are not met.

Nature of Services

Batuaa provides:

  • Bitcoin accumulation through micro-savings (manual and automated)
  • Wallet services (custodial or partner-based)
  • Buy and sell functionality for Bitcoin
  • Transfer functionality (where enabled)

Important Clarification: Bitbatuaa Technologies Pvt Ltd is a platform provider. We do not guarantee returns or price stability. Cryptocurrency services are facilitated via third-party partners.

Account Registration

To use the Platform:

  • You must register with accurate and complete information
  • You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your credentials
  • You are responsible for all activities under your account

You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized access.

KYC, AML & Compliance

Users must complete KYC verification, which may include:

  • PAN verification
  • Identity and address proof
  • Selfie verification

We may:

  • Monitor transactions for suspicious activity
  • Report transactions to regulatory authorities as required
  • Restrict or freeze accounts for compliance reasons

Bitcoin Transactions

6.1 Purchase

  • Bitcoin purchases are executed through partner exchanges/liquidity providers
  • Prices are based on real-time market rates
  • Once executed, transactions are final and irreversible

6.2 Sale

  • Users may sell Bitcoin holdings at prevailing market prices
  • Proceeds will be credited to the linked bank account or wallet

6.3 Transfers

  • Transfers to external wallets (if enabled) are irreversible
  • Users must ensure correct wallet addresses

Auto-Savings Features

Batuaa may offer automated savings features such as:

  • Round-ups on transactions
  • Scheduled recurring purchases

Users can:

  • Enable/disable auto-savings anytime
  • Modify frequency and limits

Executed transactions cannot be reversed.

Fees and Pricing

Prices are determined by market conditions and partner platforms. Fees may include:

  • Spread or margin
  • Withdrawal fees

All applicable charges will be displayed before confirmation.

Payment Terms

We support payments via:

Users authorize Batuaa and its partners to process payments for transactions initiated on the Platform.

Risks and Disclaimers

Cryptocurrency regulations in India are evolving. Future laws may impact your ability to transact.

Batuaa does not provide financial, legal, or investment advice. Users must make independent decisions.

Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform for illegal activities (fraud, money laundering, etc.)
  • Provide false information
  • Attempt unauthorized access or system disruption

Violation may result in immediate suspension.

Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account:

  • For breach of these Terms
  • For regulatory or legal requirements
  • If suspicious activity is detected

Users may request account closure subject to compliance requirements.

Custody and Wallet Terms

Depending on the platform model:

  • Bitcoin may be held in custodial wallets managed by partners
  • Users may not have direct access to private keys (if custodial)

By using Batuaa, you agree to the applicable custody structure.

Third-Party Services

Batuaa relies on third-party providers for:

  • Crypto trading
  • Custody
  • Payments
  • KYC

We are not responsible for failures, downtime, or actions of such providers.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bitbatuaa Technologies Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for:

  • Market losses
  • Price volatility
  • Third-party failures
  • Blockchain network issues

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bitbatuaa Technologies Pvt Ltd from:

  • Claims arising from misuse of the Platform
  • Violation of laws or these Terms

We are not liable for delays or failures due to events beyond our control, including:
